SCP-106原始图像或称that man.jpg指的是SCP基金会的文章SCP-106 - “恐怖老人”早期使用的图像，其目前来源不明。
描述
在SCP基金会上，该图像最初可追溯于SCP-106投稿之前，即2010年1月8日SCP-106作者Dr Gears在“写作帮助 / 帮助：草稿与批判”讨论串中发布的帖子，帖子中使用了该图像。12010年4月8日，
Dr Gears投稿了SCP-106 - “恐怖老人”并将图像上传到了网站附件区。根据图像的Exif元数据可获取以下信息2：

Exif数据显示该图像于2006年通过Photoshop进行修改，但是尚不清楚这张图片被修改的程度有多大。同时由于原始图像是在D250 DigitalCAM上拍摄的，所以2004年1月16日的创建日期未必准确。

Inkling Jesse发布视频SCP - 106 image Origins，视频中使用Tineye对SCP-106进行图片反向搜索，并找到了一个于2009年8月13日发布的Youtube视频。来源请求该视频已被删除，但是其存在一个2012年的网页快照。来源请求视频中出现了SCP-106的高饱和度图像。
2025年6月2日，Reddit用户Solounmanxd797在r/lostmedia发帖询问关于SCP-106图片的起源，并且给出了从Exif元数据得到的信息，同时给出了自己在Youtube搜索找到的SCP - 106 image Origins视频。
Reddit帖子讨论区中，PerditusRedux表示其实际来自一个名为 Chainmail Chasers 的 ARG。

理论
如Reddit帖子Where did the SCP-106 image come from?分析，图像左下侧的手臂疑似绘画未完成，同时手臂的肘部附近可以看到看起来像笔触的东西。并且图像中心向下有一折痕，这可能意味着图像来自涂鸦的实物照片或实体绘画中的折叠。
Hamburger Lady
PerditusRedux所提出的Hamburger lady画作目前为SCP-106起源的主流理论：
Right now my own personal working theory is that SCP-106 could actually be a painting of the "Hamburger Lady" from the Throbbing Gristle song. In the 4chan thread I linked the user links this song, and if you search on Google Images for "hamburger lady art" you will see other artists' interpretations of this song, and all of them look strikingly similar to SCP-106.
